Camps and Instructional Programs
No credit will be given unless there is a medical emergency outside of 7 days or during the camp. At that point, a doctor’s note must be provided to receive a credit for the camp/program price which will be transferable ( valid) for use on any TSE product (excluding apparel).
If the requirement for the minimum number of registrants is not met, we may cancel the camp/class. In this circumstance, you can receive a full refund or credit.
Shockers Team Policy
TSE Academy may amend these rules and guidelines from time to time. Any such amendments will be reflected on this web site, and TSE/Shocker participants are encouraged to review this web page from time to time in order to become familiar with the most current version of these rules and/or policies.
Circumstances Beyond Our Control (CBOC) Policy
In the event that the PA Shockers program is 100% suspended or canceled due to Circumstances Beyond Our Control (CBOC), clients will receive 100% of the monies paid, excluding a non-refundable deposit of $100.00 which can be used as a credit for those unperformed events and/or services. In all other (CBOC) situations that are suspended or cancelled due to (CBOC), credits will be prorated. Credits can be used toward future TSE Academy events/services.
